PT Gagan Indonesia is a retailer and distributor of international fashion, sports, and active lifestyle brands such as Adidas, Bebe, Cache Cache, Promod, Evita Peroni, Morgan, Promod, Ted Baker, Ipanema, Roxy, etc. We invite motivated and talented people to join us for the following positions:

Store & Operational Manager
Jakarta Raya, Jawa Barat, Jawa Timur

Responsibilities:

Responsible on the day to day operation of store
Provide customer service by greeting and assisting customers & responding to customer inquiries and complaints
Providing excellent service to customers leading to a direct increase in sales revenue within an image conscious environment where teamwork, trust, respect and care for each other are key factors

Requirements:

Female max 30 years old
Minimum education is Bachelor Degree ( S1 )
Able to work on retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
Having experience minimum 2 years in retail industry, experience in Supervisory or Managerial role would be an advantage
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
Fluent in spoken and written English
Must be hands on, resourceful, result oriented, and strong in teamwork and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership, communication skills, andability maintaining the team
