URGENTLY REQUIRED

Radio Network Optimization Engineer (Code : RNOE)

Responsibility:
•Responsible for CDMA drive test and post processing
•Monitoring Site/cell ( drop call, congestion, and handover)
•Reviewing RF parameters of cell sites
•To identify, resolve, and verify resolution RF problems.
Technical Requirements:

•Have knowledge CDMA drive test
•Strong understanding in CDMA network, specially in Radio Acces Network ( Air Interface )
General Requirement :

•Minimum S1 from Telecommunication
•Minimum 1 years of working experience in same position.
•Male / Female
•Age around 25 – 27 years
•Having good communication & interpersonal skills
•Having high integrity, honesty, persistent, independent, can work under pressure, and good working in a team
•Good written and spoken English
•Willingness to travel to all sites in our progress
