Responsibilities:

* Good in negotiating and in doing accurate purchasing.
* Prepare proper letter of order and other purchasing documents.
* Follow up all orders properly to ensure correct delivery is done in time.
* Checking payment process for every transaction to ensure in-time payment.
* Do accurate document filling to enable data processing and data control.
* Prepare regular purchasing report.

Requirements:

* Female, min D3 / S1 in Logistics/Trade/Economics or preferably in relevant engineering fields.
* Possess professional purchasing knowledge; be familiar with major supplier authentication.
* Good computer application and strong analytical skill.
* Detail oriented, trustworthy, honest and firm.
* Good interpersonal and communication skills.
* Strong commitment to accuracy and able to work independently.
