In order to reinforcing our actions and performance regarding Environment, Health and Safety at work, and for ensuring the development of our internal procedures according to the ISO 9001/ISO 14001/ OSHAS 18001 certifications of our management systems, we are looking for a :

EHS MANAGER – MANAGEMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Reporting to the President Director (Expatriate)

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Environment, Health & Safety :

* To propose and implement the EHS actions plan of the Company, in order to permanently minimise the risks and improve the Company’s performance (e.g. “Zero incident / accident” target).
* To conduct regularly some risks assessment reviews and coordinate the implementation of the related actions plans by the Company’s teams (to motivate and convince them).
* To prepare and animate the regular “EHS meetings”, and coordinate the implementation of the related action plans.
* To recommend, provide and / or conduct the adapted “EHS training programmes” that are necessary.
* To report regularly on the Company’s EHS performance, on the eventual incidents / accidents, based on the targets and KPI’s, recommend the possible improvement and coordinate their implementation, in accordance with the Company’s policy and with the legal requirements.
* To actively follow all new legal requirements, to ensure that EHS practices are up-to date in terms of Environment protection, Health and Safety.
* To review regularly our industrial activities’ eventual impact to the environment and coordinate the implementation of action plans in order to permanently minimise the said impact.
* Managing environmental processes within our operations to assure proper waste, surface and ground water, dust and air management (i.e. permitting, treatment, etc) and spill and contingency planning are in compliance with the local regulatory requirements.
* To participate and contribute actively to the “5S” system implementations at all places and lead the “5S steering committee” of the Company.

Management System (ISO certifications) :

* To ensure that the Company is working according to the ISO certifications and management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001).
* To participate actively in the definition of ISO procedures.
* To actively manage the implementation of Eternit Gresik ISO management systems and procedures, by organising the regular internal audits.
* To coordinate the implementation of any corrective actions revealed by the regular internal external ISO audits.

REQUIREMENTS :

* Female or male, 30-35 years old,
* Leadership, self-starter, autonomy, diplomacy, honesty, hard worker.
* S1 – EHS or Industrial/Machine/Civil Environment Engineering or equivalent.
* Min. 5 years experience for an international industrial company (PMA).
* Experience in EHS management at a factory is necessary.
* Very good knowledge of ISO standards.
* Experience with “5S” implementation.
* Good knowledge in English.
* Windows, MS Office.
