Head of OEM Business Line
(Jawa Timur - Pasuruan)

Responsibilities:

The incumbent of this position manage the function of OEM Business Line by ensuring the process meets on time delivery and process cycle time as well to support productivity development plan also support marketing activity to maintain relationship with customer, which is align with company's vision, mission, and strategies.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree from a reputable university with GPA min 2.75, preferably from Mechanical or Industrial Engineering background.
2. Minimum 3 years experience in Business Line Unit, Proposal Engineering, or Key Account Management preferably in a manufacturing MNC.
3. Has in-depth knowledge in Production Planning, and also Material Management.
4. Demonstrate leadership ability to lead and drive a team to achieve project target.
5. Possess strong Communication Skills, Problem Solving Skills follow through actions and decisions with sense of urgency, punctuality and ready to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets with sudden changes environment.
6. Strong work commitment with the ability to work independently and be self driven.
7. Able to provide business support and be a strong partner in operations.
8. Meticulous with an aptitude for figures and able to multitask effectively.
9. Strong analytical skills with the ability to think and plan ahead.
10. Be a change agent who can re-look at status quo operations for process improvements.
11. Proficient in English (spoken and written) and computer application literacy is a must, and also have knowledge on ERP System.
12. Willing to be posted within the factory area in Beji – Pasuruan East Java.
