Business Development Executive
(South Jakarta & Surabaya)

Responsibilities:

* To assist in reviewing, identifying, formulating and executing innovative value-adding customer strategies, marketing plans and projects to increase the organization’s competitive edge in the market.
* Conduct analysis and identifying the business to ensure sustainable growth revenue model in assigned markets.
* Attract and secure customers to establish long-term business relationship to ensure continuous renewals.
* Formulate and implement public relations program that will enhance Company's corporate image and reputation.
* Develop relationships and maintain close rapport with business partners to deliver marketing initiatives into the region.
* Develop an effective below the line activities in marketing communication activities and active participation in supporting.
* Provide guidance, input and decision making to marketing team.

Requirements:

* Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies or any related discipline.
* At least two (2) years experience in sales/marketing/business development role with proven track records.
* Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically.
* Problem solving skills with the ability to analyze information and formulate an action plan.
* Good presentation, communication & interpersonal skills.
* Organized and enthusiastic with a positive outlook.
* Possess initiative and ability to perform well in multi-task situations and managing his/her time and priorities independently.
* Mature personality with Excellent leadership, interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage the team.
* Assertive, meticulous, confident and results-oriented attitude.
* Analytical, creative and ability to work under pressure & tight schedules, while enjoying the challenge of work.
* Possess high level of integrity, commitment and initiatives.
* Ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
* Experience in MLM industry would be an added advantage.
* Possess initiative and ability to perform well in multi-task situations and managing his/her time and priorities independently.
* Proficient in both written and spoken English an advantage.
* Good Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills essential.
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jakarta & Surabaya.
