Relationship Manager - Jasumbali
(Semarang, Medan)

Responsibilities:

* Maintain and grow existing business accounts.

* Develop plan to improve sales productivity and achieve sales targets, while ensuring compliance requirements are fulfilled.

* Develop strategy to maximize cross-selling opportunities.

* Manage sales capacity planning and sales force recruitment to fulfill business needs.

* Supervise 10 – 15 Banking Associates.


Requirements:

* Candidate must have 2 - 4 years of relevant Sales experience, preferably in financial industry.

* Possess min. S1 degree from a reputable university.

* Willing to be placed in Semarang, and Medan; preferably local talent in specific area.

* Experienced in leading sales team.

* Possess excellent interpersonal skills and good presentation skills, good in verbal and written English.

* Has strong passion in sales/ marketing, and highly self-motivated in handling pressure to achieve targets.

* Added value if candidate has broad networking with big companies.
