In general, the incumbent will watch closely the daily operations of all service stations, act as controller at the respective sites, develop promotional activities within area, generate all relevant reports (sales, maintenance, purchase, etc)

Area Manager - Retail Sales
(Jawa Timur - Surabaya)

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree majoring in Management from reputable universities
* 1 - 2 years of retail sales experience in retail industries (FMCG, banking, etc) would be an advantage
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Good and attractive personality
* Proven management skills
* Proactive and target oriented
* Independent in terms of self starter and able to work with minimum supervision
