Responsibilities:

* Responsible to provide adequate administrative support to the development and implementation of the Quality Management Systems through ISO 9001:2000 approach.
* Assist QMR (Quality Management Representative) in organizing, handling, distributing, safekeeping and completing needed documents before and during QMS development and implementation
* Ensure that documents and data related to quality system are reviewed and approved by the QMR and the management before distribution to concerned personnel
* Ensure that records related to quality system are accessible, easy to retrieve and properly disposed of after retention period
* Assist QMR in dealing with the third party management consultants, certifying body and other related agencies on matters relating to QMS

Requirements:

* Male, 26 – 30 years old
* Bachelor degree in any discipline educational background, S1 degree in Engineer or related discipline
* Familiar with ISO 9001 2008
* Possess 3 years in handling Quality Management System and Internal Quality System Audit
* Independent, high initiative, self driven person and able to work under pressure
* Able to work in team and excellent interpersonal skill
