Strategic Management Officer (Code: SMO)
(Sepanjang, Sidoarjo)

Responsibilities:

* Reviewing, developing, monitoring, and evaluation of corporate strategic plans and business strategic plans to support achievement of company goals

Requirements:

* Male / female, maximum 35 years old
* Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering
* Having 3 years experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in consumer goods company and understand the business processes
* Having good knowledge in balance scored card and already been implemented
* Active, strong leadership, good interpersonal skill and negotiation skill
* Willing to be placed in Sidoarjo - East Java
