HR Plant Supervisor
(Jawa Barat - MM 2100)

Responsibilities:

1. Participate to establish better rapport within the surrounding community in order to build better relationship and project an image of good corporate citizenship.
2. Coordinates with potential third party donor, in tandem with the organization in helping identify community development projects and facilitate completion thereof.
3. Makes representations with local community officials, associations, civic clubs, etc on various issues of common interest.
4. Control the performance of Plant security
5. Suggest the improvement of security services to HR Manager
6. Control the performance of company car and driver
7. Develops and secures approval thereon, better office administration procedures to facilitate transactions and speed up delivery of services to those in needs.
8. Maximize limited office layout by providing suggestions for possible re-arrangement and simple fabrication of drawers and cabinet for a more efficient office space administration.
9. General Facility maintenance and office fixture and furniture
10. Assists in special projects (gathering, sports, etc.)

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
* At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Applicants must be willing to work in MM 2100 Cibitung
* Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Candidate must proactive and initiative
* Able work underpreasure
