We are a hotel’s minimalist modern architecture in Cirebon inviting highly energetic, creative & dynamic professional candidates for join and growing with us to fill the following position :

Human Resources Manager
(Jawa Barat - Cirebon)

Responsibilities:

* Involve in all HR Function
* Manage and maintain staff records and HR documents
* Manage all HR enquires and personnel matters
* Ensure that HR practices and policies comply with the legislation
* Ability to formulate HR policies and strategies and provide professional advice to General Manager

Requirements:

* Male or Female with maximum of age 40 years old
* Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
* At least 2 years experiences in handling wide spectrum of HR function
* Advance in the Labor Laws of Indonesia
* Good knowledge of all HR management issues
* Mature, discipline, creative, trustworthy and ability to work in team or individual
* Excellent in communication skills
* Able and willing to stay in Cirebon
