Polygon is currently seeking for the following positions :

Management Trainee (MT)
(Jakarta and Sidoarjo)

Responsibilities:

* To receive training and perform duties in several departments such as Sales & Marketing, Retail
* Operations & Merchandising, Product Development, Finance & Accounting, and Human Resources
* To learn line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and
* practices that affect each phase of business
* To observe experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards
* required for performance of departmental duties
* To play a significant role in long term planning, including an initiative gears toward operational
* excellence

Requirements:

* Male / Female, Maximum 30 Years Old
* Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) With GPA Min. 2.75
* 1 – 2 years experience in the same position, preferably from retail. Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
* Proactive, high integrity, diciplined and able to work under pressure
* Excellent people and communication skills
* Computer literate (Microsoft Office)
* Fluent in English (oral and written). Able to communicate in mandarin would be an advantage
* Placement : Jakarta and Sidoarjo
