Sales Supervisor
(Jawa Tengah)

Responsibilities:

* Develop marketing plan for new products or brand
* Provide direction and supervise sales team
* Find new customers and new projects in Central Java & DIY area
* Account Manager for key customers
* Achieve sales targets for self and team
* Analyze the construction industry and find opportunities
* Accurate sales forecasting for production
* Manage and co-ordinate production and business unit if required
* Attractive package: Company will provide operational vehicles (car) with premium reimbursement based on actual work need.

Requirements:

* Hold Bachelor (S1) Degree in Civil Engineering preferred
* Minimum 5 years in marketing / sales in building products or construction industry
* Good leadership and mentoring skills
* Strong analytical skills to analyze market and competitors
* Good communication and presentation skills
* Highly organized and disciplined
* Good command both in written and oral English and computer literate
* Having driving license A
* The position is based in Central Java
