TRAINING OFFICER
(Jawa Timur - Jl. Aloon-Aloon Priok 27, SURABAYA)

Responsibilities:

* Training need analysis, Training Plan, Training Realization & Evaluation, Training Project Administration, Training Report.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Engineering (Industrial), Social Science/Sociology, Human Resource Management, Maritime Studies or equivalent.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Senior Staffs specializing in Training & Development or equivalent. Job role in Training & Development or equivalent.
* 1 Full-Time positions available.
