Recruitment Officer (RO)
(Jakarta, Bandung & Surabaya)

Responsibilities:
• Organizing & hands on recruitment activities for regional/province
• Identified and collaborating with recruitment channel to provide the best fit candidate (University, School, Disnaker etc)
• Coordinating with business user to finalize in selecting and targeting candidate
• Administer human capital working purpose and regular reporting
Requirements:
• Having at least 2 (two) years experience in recruitment (experience in handling massive recruitment is preferable) and using recruitment tools
• Graduate degree in Psychology is a Preferable
• Male/Female with max 30 years old
• Willing to mobile across the province
• Will stationedly be placed in Jakarta, Bandung & Surabaya
