Export Import Staff
Mojokerto (Jawa Timur)

Responsibilities:
• To run effectively export and import operation function, arrangements, procedures, and maintains current information on import-export tariffs, licenses, and restrictions both air and ocean freight, export import documentations (Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, BL, PEB & EDI) Maintain a good relationship with forwarders, airlines and shipping lines Be aware of the risks
Requirements:
• Male / Female, max, 30 years old
• Minimal S1, preferable from Technical Background (i.e. Industrial Engineering)
• Understand Import / Export Regulation is a must
• Familiar with EDI System, PEB & PIB
• Experience : Minimum 1 – 3 years experience in same position (especially from Forwarding Company)
• Computer literate skill
• Excellent team work
• General Requirements :
o Having min Bachelor Degree with GPA min 3.00
o Able to communicate in English, both written and spoken
o Hard worker, Independent, and with strong leadership ability
o Able to work with tight schedule and under pressure
o Willing to be placed in Pacet - Mojokerto, East Java
