To cope with our rapid growth and international expansion, we are inviting well-trained high potential professionals to join our operation in Indonesia for the following positions:

Area Sales Supervisor
Jawa Tengah - Magelang & Blora

Responsibilities:

* Support area sales Executive the day-to-day activities of a area sales force in order to implement the organisation’s overall sales strategy for an assigned area.
* Monitor the performance of the sales teams or branches within the area and re-allocate resources to improve overall results.
* Contribute to the development of sales, customer retention, pricing, and distribution strategies for the area.
* Oversee sales support activities such as sales administration, customer service, distribution, invoicing, and credit and collections to ensure that customer orders are processed, dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time.

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, any field.
* Minimum 3 years previous experience in sales FMCG (similar business is a very relevant plus) /minimum 1 years experience in similar position
* Well organized, meticulous, structured, disciplined
* Ability to achieve results effectively; proactivity and initiative skills;
* Very Good communication skills, leadership, capability to build high performing teams;
* Excellent knowledge on sales in assigned area;
* Very good interpersonal skills, along with oral and written communication skills andleadership;
* Decision making & able to react fast to changing environment. Results oriented; willingness for excellence; open minded; flexible.
* Field oriented person (75% field for coaching, visits and negotiations, 25% office)
* Applicants must be willing to work in Magelang & Blora.
