Functional Development Consultant
Bogor (Jawa Barat),

Responsibilities:

* The purpose of this position is to develop training master plan and materials, plan the delivery, advise the scheme for monitoring, and generate tools for measuring impact at corporate level in accordance with the business units’ needs and priorities

Requirements:

* Education :
o Tertiary qualifications in Applied Science or Engineering
* Experience :
o Min. 1 year in current position
o 5 years experience in industrial field operation, Particularly in technical or core function aspects.
o 2 years experience on the job training and people development
* Computer literacy :
o Computer literacy, MS Office & Lotus Notes
o Language :
+ Excellence command in English both oral & written
o Other qualification / skills :
+ Certified training & learning facilitation
+ People and performance management
+ Strong analytical and problem solving skill
