TALENT MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR (TMS)
Jawa Timur

Responsibilities:
• Report to Recruitment & TM Manager responsible for implementing the talent management infrastructure, framework, and strategies to support the organization. Talent Management Supervisor will involve in the assessment and development of employees through the execution of initiatives and programs, include Management Trainee Program
Requirements:
• Min. 2 years experience in similar or related field (i.e. Management Trainee Program, People Development, Assessment, Learning & Development)
• Master/bachelor degree majoring Psychology/Management/ Engineer (Industry)
• Strong analytical thinking, interpersonal, leadership & communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain effective relationship
• Solid sense of confidentially and discretion
• Conversant with MS Office operation
• Successful candidate will be located in Head Office, Surabaya
