Export Import Staff for SURABAYA Based

Gresik (Jawa Timur), Surabaya (Jawa Timur)

Responsibilities:

* Preparing all paperworks related to activities of Export & Import of goods
* Capable of handling process at customs office related to KITE facility
* Strong analytical skill on cost efficiency
* Maintain Export/Import databases for all international shipments.
* Generate and maintain international activity reports
* Work with internal departments to coordinate international shipments.
* Serve as backup to departments Export/Import & Security Administrator.
* Additional duties assigned by department manager, as required by business needs.
* Coordinate Export shipment schedules with freight forwarders

Requirements:

* Male/Female, age of Max. 30 years old
* Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree from any major study from reputable University In Indonesia
* Fresh Graduates with min. GPA of 3.00 are welcome to apply
* Preferably of having 2-3 years of experiences in the same position
* Familiar with SAP and Microsoft Office Application.
* Good networking in various industries with strong communication skills.
* Knowledge of L/C will be a plus
* English Fluency is a must (spoken & written)
* Must be detail oriented.
* Must be a self - starter with a take-charge attitude and good follow - up skills.
* Must Be able to handle multiple tasks at a time.
