Requirements:

* Desired Qualities:
o Graduate degree equivalent to Bachelor Degree and above from reputable university majoring Psychology / Law / Human Resources Management
o Experience in Man Power Planning, Recruitment and Selection, Employee Relation, Compensation and Benefits, Legal, Personnel and Industrial Relations Policies, Competency and KPI Balance Scorecard


* Key Skills:
o Strong Leadership Quality with min 5 years in Managerial Position
o Good communication and presentation
o Mature and Responsible
o Strong and Good Character
o At ease with management functions and administrative works around the HR department


* General Criteria:
o Maximum 35 years old
o Fluent in written and spoken English
o Proficient in computer and softwares within HR needs
