Sales Supervisor - Jember
Jember (Jawa Timur)

Responsibilities:

* Active looking for new projects and follow up projects
* Improve long term relationship with existing customers (distributors, suppliers, etc.)
* Acquire new customer
* Make sales report and follow up report regularly
* To participate in the definition and in the implementation of distribution and sales strategy to achieve the organization’s objectives
* Develop sales strategies and business sales plan aligned with the objectives
* Determine sales targets and monitor the achievement of objectives
* Manage and develop commitment and performance as a area sales manager
* Recruit, develop and manage teams. Ensure development of expertise and know-how and support organization changes

Requirements:

* Male, Max 35 years old
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree
* Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing company and 2 years in the same position.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Can work under-pressure, can work with minim supervision.
* Personality / character : proactive, detailed, have good communication skill, self-motivated, good leadership skill.
* High integrity, honest, self-motivated and good communication skills
* Hands-on with good interpersonal skill
* Computer literacy is required
* Willing to be placed in Jember
* Technical & Professional competencies required
* Negotiation skills
* Knowledge of distributors and market
* Budget management skills
* Account management
* Specific skills for sales team management
* Organizational skills for multibranding responsibility
* Sales ethics sensitivity to legal issues and competition law
