Established in 1989, PT Binabusana Internusa or BBI as they call themselves, is one of the leading groups of garment and apparel manufacturer in Indonesia, producing and marketing both branded and private labels products. BBI has two business unit, first business unit is located in Jakarta Industrial Estate Pulo Gadung - East Jakarta which produces mens and ladies shirt, pants, tie, belt of some brands: Arnold Palmer, Christian Kent, Creative Gear, Geoffrey Beene, Harry Martin, Lyla, Sierra Morena, Valino, Valino Donna, and Van Heusen, for local market with 12 own stores and 480 counters throughout the country. The second business unit is located in Cakung: North Jakarta which produces uniforms and industrial wear to serve overseas market of United Kingdom, Portugal, Australia, Germany, Sweden, Taiwan and Japan. In early year of 2001, BBI was become subsidiary company of Triputra Group in Strategic Business Units (SBU) Manufacturing, which was founded by T. P. Rachmat. Triputra Group now has 13 SBU engaged in four main business areas: Agribusiness, Mining, Manufacturing and Trading & Services. With total employees of more than 18,000 in 132 subsidiaries and affiliate company, Triputra tries to expand its wings by operating not only Indonesia but also in Malaysia and Vietnam. Human Resource Officer

Responsibilities:

1. Melakukan aktifitas seleksi dan rekrutmen serta sourcing tenaga kerja
2. Melakukan aktifitas Organization Development yakni : Penyesuaian Job Desc dan Struktur Organisasi
3. Melakukan aktifitas administrasi HRIS (Human Resource Information System)
4. Melakukan aktifitas pemantauan Training & Development
5. Terlibat di dalam administrasi MPP, IPP, dan IDP
6. Membantu penyusunan Training Need Analysis
7. Membantu administrasi dan proses review HR QP dan Form secara berkala

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): Psychological Test & Report, Organization Development, Training Need Analysis.
* Required language(s): English, Bahasa Indonesia
* Applicants must be willing to work in Jl. Pulo Buaran II blok Q no.1.
* Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
