We are a worldwide leader in development and marketing of textile industry and our expanding group with headquarters in Europe has production and/or sales units in 4 continents and exports our high quality products to more than 100 countries worldwide.

To strengthen our dynamic Team, we are now looking for the below position with attractive remuneration package :

Management Trainee Officer
Purwakarta (Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:

* Receiving training and job rotation in all departments of Production.
* Learning staff functions and line, management view points, company policies, practices and operations which are significant in the proper functioning of the organization.
* Monitoring and reporting the performance progress with the trainers and management as per the requirement of the organization.
* Acquiring knowledge of all the standards, procedures and methods that are needed for departmental duties and performance.
* Receiving training in operations and functions so that successive transferability between other departments is carried out properly by the management trainee and giving recommendations for improvements on regular basis.
* Performing additional duties which are often assigned to management trainees by a particular company apart from the above mentioned duties

Requirements:

* A Bachelor degree (S1) in Mechanical, Industrial or Textile Engineering with min. GPA is 3.00 (scale of 4.00) from a reputable University
* Fresh graduates or a minimum of 1 year experience in any fields
* Actively involved in organizational / extracurricular activities
* Able to speak and write in English
* Willing to be in long-term working agreement (permanent based)
