We are also involved in the development and management of hotels and service apartments, industrial estates, small residential clusters as well as golf and sports clubs.

We are looking qualified candidates for the position :

Promotion Supervisor
Jawa Timur

Responsibilities:

* Menyusun kalendar acara tahunan
* Mengelola hubungan dengan penyewa ruangan komersial
* Mengkoordinasikan team untuk mengelola tempat komersial (security, property mngmt)
* Menyusun kegiatan promosi
* Memelihara hubungan dengan penyewa ruangan
* Menyewakan ruangan untuk F &B outlet dan komersial/pameran
* Menangani komplain penyewa
* Menyusun laporan aktivitas dan keuangan operasional

Requirements:

* Minimal lulusan Sarjana jurusan Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Industrial), Economics, Marketing, Commerce, Personal Services, Architecture atau yg setara.
* Bisa berbahasa Inggris
* Setidaknya 1 tahun berpengalaman dibidang yang sama.
* Lebih disukai yang berpengalaman sebagai Coordinator/Supervisors dibidang Marketing/Business Development or equivalent.
