Agra Bareksa is one of Djarum Group with main business in forestry, located in Kalimantan. We manage area of concession ± 370.000 ha. Due to rapid growing of our company, we challenge professional and highly motivated people to join our team for the following position:

HRD Superintendent
Pontianak (Kalimantan Barat), Samarinda (Kalimantan Timur)

Requirements:

* Preferable Male
* Maximum age 40 years old
* Bachelor degree from faculty of law / psychology or management
* Minimum 5 years experience as HR Superintendent/Assistant Manager preferably from forestry, agriculture, mining industry
* Having deep knowledge about man power regulation, recruitment and training, compensation & benefit, payroll, industrial relation, performance appraisal and human resource information system (HRIS)
* Communicative, persuasive, mature, adaptable, smart, spirited and able to work under pressure situation & tight schedule
* Able to motivate a team (subordinate) and have good leadership
* Placement in : Regional Office ( Samarinda & Pontianak ), willing to travel
