Kami adalah perusahaan pemprosesan minyak sawit (Refenery & Fraksinasi) yang sedang berkembang membutuhkan orang-orang yang berkualitas dan berpengalaman serta bisa bekerja dengan team dengan posisi sebagai berikut:

HRD Manager
Dumai (Riau)

Responsibilities:

* Manage & maintain all HR matters, &becoming a part of major improvements within the organization:
o Implementation of HR Policies/SOP (include conducting organizational assessments as needed to identify critical issues and root causes)
o Staffing & Manpower Planning(include effective and fast recruitment process)
o Training & Development (include identifying training needs, designing training programs & product knowledge of training module, training evaluation & delivering training itself)
o Performance & Talent Management(include developing & retaining employees as well as attract external talent to the business through innovative people development initiatives)
o Industrial/Labor & Employee Relations (include providing assistance & guidance to employees & managers on labor & personnel issues),
o Compensation & Benefits (include improving Remuneration Systems, several Bonus Systems, etc.)
o Personnel Administration (include developing & maintaining action programs, files, reports, logs & other records to conform to current regulations).

Requirements:

* Male, maximum age 40 years old
* Bachelor degree from HR Management, Psychology, or Law from reputable university
* Having at least 3 years of extensive experience in managerial role in human resources fields
* Experience in developing / improving HR System, establishing HR programs, developing & improving the organization culture
* In-depth knowledge in Indonesia's Labor Laws & Regulation

General Requirements :

* Strong leadership & dynamic interpersonal skills
* Fluent in English (both oral & written) & computer literate
* Process-oriented, good analytical & conceptual thinking, as well as lead & manage a team
* Strong project management and organizational skills (able to work under pressure & tight deadline)
* Able to work independently & also work with an integrated multi-discipline team
* Willing to work in Dumai
