District Sales Manager
- DuPont Crop Protection -
Semarang (Jawa Tengah)



Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement sales strategy in an assigned territory in accordance with a business plan.
* Find and exploit new opportunities in the market whilst maintaining the existing business.
* Work closely with the country management team to develop, implement and follow up business plans and objectives.
* Lead, coach and monitor sales team in an assigned territory by providing guidance, feedback, and direction to ensure successful performance.
* Make sure that all sales activities complied with related policy and regulations

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in Agriculture
* Preferably 5 years experiences in Pesticide industry.
* Strong drives to lead, coach, and monitor the implementation of activities towards achievement of sales.
* Willing to be assigned at one of the prescribed locations as mentioned above

* Central Java, based in Semarang
