Quality Engineer (QE)
Jawa Tengah - Salatiga

Responsibilities:

* Change control coordination and monitor its process, participate and responsible for overall assuring those changes are implemented well with respect to system and equipment and (re)validation activities are done to verify the effectiveness of change, analyze trends and take actions based on outcome
* Corrective and Preventive Action coordination and monitoring, coordinate actions to find the root cause of quality issues, ensure the quality deviations, monitor the improve process.
* Compile data related Quality KPI’s, analyze, reporting, and lead project group

Requirements:

* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Biotechnology, and Chemistry, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience
* Good knowledge about improvement techniques (WCOM, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or others)
* Willing to work out of normal working hours
* Demonstrable knowledge and experience in quality assurance and quality systems such as HACCP, Change Control and ISO
* Persuasiveness, decisive, stress resistance and accurate
* Experience in dairy, beverage, or food manufacturer is an advantage
* Has a high quality perception
* Able to think in an analytical way
* Able to work under pressure
* Good communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills
* Speak English fluently
* Applicants must be willing to work in Salatiga
