Responsibilities:

* To support C & B Manager in doing data analysis & implementation of operational reward processes. Liaise with all parties both internal and external and gather all necessary data and information to ensure an up to date and correct administration / procedure.

Requirements:

* Minimum Bachelor degree all major
* Proficient in MS Excel (Intermediate / Advance Level)
* Good in analytical thinking, teamwork and detail oriented
* Having experience in Reward min 1 year, but fresh graduates are welcome
* Willing to work overtime and able to work under pressure
