efisien ke seluruh jaringan cabang-cabang kami di Indonesia. Sebagai bagian dari grup Kapal Api Global (KAG), kami sedang mencari para profesional yang siap berkontribusi bersama-sama kami untuk posisi sebagai berikut :

Branch Office Manager (BOM)
Jawa Timur

Responsibilities:

* Managing finance & accounting (AR/ PR), payroll administration, credit control and costing.
* Managing Personnel & General Affairs dept., Warehouse & Logistic dept.
* Handling planning process (strategic, budget and forecast, including targets) as well as to monitor reporting process at units.
* Enforcing an environment of ethical practices and strong financial controllership.
* Handling recruitment, development activities, and motivate Finance organization.
* Anticipating for business requirements, trends, and variances. Develop action plans, measure and analyze results and initiate corrective actions to minimize the impact of negative variances.
* Generating reports in accordance to Branch Manager request in due time

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting /or Business Management
* Women only, maximum age 35 years
* Strong background with 2-4 years experience in Finance, preferably in logistics and forwarding. From FMCG would be an advantage
* Strong knowledge and ability in MS Excel
* Strong financial and analytical skills
* Ability to prepare and analyze complex financial reports; ability to maintain efficient and effective financial systems and procedures
* Fluently in English both oral and written
* Location : Kediri
