Requirements:

* Male/Female max. 40 years
* Min S1 in Psychology / Law / Human Resources Management
* Minimum 3 – 5 years in FMCG / pharmaceutical / telecommunication / retail Company
* Experience in all function of Human Resources ( HR Procedure & Processes, Performance appraisal, Compensation and Benefits, Indonesia ‘s Labor Law and regulations, Industrial Relations, Recruitment, Coaching & Counseling)
* Have experience in human resources system and procedure for good and quality human resources
* Have leadership skill, Proven leadership and inter-personal skill
* Analytical, communicative & good personality
* Computer literacy Microsoft Office, Windows Applications
* Fluent in English both spoken and written
