In regards to support the continuous growth of our business activities, we invite high achievers to have career with us, as: Associate Brand Manager (Code: ABM-0712) Jakarta Raya Responsibilities: This position will mainly be responsible for planning, developing, and ensuring the implemented strategic marketing plan is run effectively in supporting volume and share achievement of the assigned brand. Specifically, he/she should be able to: Develop effective advertising, trade marketing, and consumer promotion programs Pursues product development by coordinating formula/design/packaging development, market research requirements to reinforce brand strength and increase consumer value Forecasts annual & monthly sales volume Lead in development and coordinate the execution of specific sales/distribution and merchandising strategy to improve overall product sales and distribution Make regular market analysis for the assigned brands trend and positioning Requirements: Age between 26 to 33 years old Having Minimum 3 years experiences in marketing and 1 year as Associate Brand Manager in FMCG Company Having experience in product innovation, brand communication, brand activation, brand planning, and budget management activity Having good understanding about consumer research, basic finance, sales and trade marketing will be an advantage Proven effective managerial skill, communication skill, and strategic thinking capability Excellent command in English, both oral and written Good understanding of Indonesian market Should you meet these qualifications, please send your application letter with recent photograph, detail resume, and copies of professional qualifications to the address below.
