We at Panin Life invites you to join us as: Human Capital Training & Development Officer (Jakarta Raya) Responsibilities: Assess and develop training needs through surveys, focus groups, interviews or consultation with employees, managers, instructors or representatives. Monitor, evaluate and record training activities and program effectiveness. Recommend specific training programs to help employee improving their hard skills and or soft skills. Assess, select and assign training vendor to conduct training. Organize and monitor the training delivery. Design and develop in house training methods and modules for employee improvements skills and knowledge. Evaluate and ensure training materials (outlines, text, and handouts) from vendors are well prepared and well documented. Managing training documentation and certificate. Monitor and ensure training costs in line with budget, and prepare cost reports to justify training expenditures Requirements: Bachelor degree in any major from recognized universities, preferably from Psychology, Human Resources, or Management Minimum 3 years in handling Human Resources Training area Strong analytical thinking, self-motivated, and eager to help other achieve their best Strong presentation skill and communication skill Good attitude, hardworking and team player Good command in English and MS Office familiarity are compulsory Please send your CV & recent photo by quoting the position code (“HC T&D”) to: hrd@paninlife.co.id Or Human Capital Department Panin Life Center, 7th Fl.
