We are system integrators who design, develop and implement systems combining communications (VSAT, microwave, LANs, etc), hardware (radios, embedded processors, servers, etc), and software for the mining and oil industries. Experience on mining and oil IT projects preferred. Recruitment & Trainer Supervisor (Kalimantan Timur - Balikpapan) Responsibilities: Providing general administrative support to the HR dept, in recruitment & training Supervise the HR Unit in updating and redrafting existing recruitment policies Supervise recruiting staff in screening and hiring eligible candidates Assess and screen candidates on phone Assess and determine the abilities and suitability of candidates Organize and schedule interviews to candidates Willing to work travel on site and under pressure Requirements: Bachelors degree majoring Psychology / Human Resources Management, Information Technology. Male, Max 35 years old. Must have at least 2 years work experience in the same field. Should have the initiative to carry out tasks. Must be dependable, flexible, people-oriented & multitasking. Excellent oral and written English skills. Excellent organizational skills. Excellent computer skills.
