Pioneer in Indonesia currently searching for the following position:

Plant Foreman
Jawa Timur - Malang

Responsibilities:

Collaborate maintenance technician for check the machine/equipment if trouble.
Ask variety and quantity before process to Plant supervisor and harvest coordinator as in process flow diagram
Manage the process in receiving, sorting and drying process to ensure that process will run smoothly
Guide operator to operating the machine / equipment as standard recommendation in quality and capacity
Make daily report after process in that shift and others quality report
Collaborate with laboratory Technician for checking the seed cleaning in machine / equipment before starting process and every changing variety

Requirements:

Min Bachelor degree in Engineering/Agronomy
Able to supervise others, High integrity and loyalty, & Accurate in computation and reporting
Fluent in English both orally and written
Good communication skills, including interpersonal communications
Willingness to follow safety guidelines
Seed quality knowledge
Skills in operating machine/equipment
3 Years in related job (based locally in Malang Plant)
