We are one of paper mills in Indonesia produces 100% Recycled Duplex Board. Started production in September 2010, we are FSC Recycled Certified in September 2011. We participate in promoting Go Green and Global Responsibility of Forest Preservation by Using Recycled Fiber. HR Supervisor (HS)
Jawa Timur - Ngoro, Mojokerto

Responsibilities:

Managing all HR functions covering recruitment, policies and procedures, training & development, performance management, job descriptions, compensation and benefits.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years working experience in HR practice of manufacturing industries especially in the middle management level.
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor/Master Degree in Law major or related field from reputable University
Should have good knowledge in manufacturing industries would be an advantages.
Have a good communication skill and ability to negotiate with internal and external levels
Able to work under pressure
English proficiency is a must
Preferably Assistant Managers specializing in HR Generalist.
Applicants must be willing to work in Ngoro – Mojokerto
