Currently, we are offering an opportunity as below:

Head of Branch Operation - Pekanbaru
Pekanbaru (Riau)
Responsibilities:

Supervise branch operations and administrative activities
Coordinating with all parts around the bank to provide excellent customer service level and customer satisfaction in branch
Maintaining best operational risk including CDD and all legal aspects

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Manager / Assistant Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Job role in Risk Management or Retail Banking/Branch Operation.
