Human Resource Information System Officer – HRIS

Support with making updates to HR System under guidance from HR Manager
Troubleshooting user queries
Helps prepare and review techical change for submission to 3rd Party Service Providers
Identify, trach, monitor and communicate on project related issues/statuses
Maintains and update varieties of data table
Computer Literacy in Microsoft Office, HRIS System (ex. Sunfish) and Database Software Ms. SQL
Bachelor in IT Engineering. Min GPA 2.75 out of 4.00. Max 35 years old.
Having min. 2 years experience in related position would be advantage.

Land Acquisition Officer - PT

Collecting data on land to be acquired or exchanged.
Contacting the owner of the land, the location and check the letter validity and negotiating the price.
Having good communication and negotiation skills.
Diploma/Bachelor in law/any major, min. GPA 2.75 (Bachelor) out of 4.00. Max. age 35 years old.
Having 1-2 years experience in property would be advantage.

Collection Officer - CL

Responsible in contacting consumers regarding to collection activities.
Good communication and thorough.
Bachelor in Finance/Accounting. Min GPA 2.75 out of 4.00. Max 35 years old.

Quality Control Officer - QC

Doing housing check list (stock/sold).
In charge of customer service as in housing quality.

Responsible to prepare, coordinate, maintain and perform all financial transactions and records related to Tax
Ensure company policies are met with local Tax Regulations, monitor Tax Payment and Submission, Reconciliation & Equalization and others Tax Related task
Maintain physical filing of Tax Documents safe guard for its completeness.
Having Brevet certificate A-B, able in accounting is preferably.
