HRD Manager (HRM)
Sumatera Utara

Requirements:

* General Qualifications:
o Male/Female, Age 21-35 years old
o Education: University Degree
o Experience: 5 years or above
o Able to communicate in English min. passive, except for Mechanical and Electrical
o Computer literate (Excel, Words)
o Owned personal vehicle (motorcycle or car) and driving license
o Good personality, discipline, honest, responsible, highly dedicated, and willing to work together as a team (All)4

* Additional Requirements:
o University Degree, preferably from Psychology or Law
o Understand labor law, contracts, and all aspect of labor regulation
o Able to set up procedures, regulations for the entire HR Dept.
o Hard working, cooperative, and having mind set of “can do attitude”
