Human Resources Unit Manager / Senior Officer (subject code: HR)
Batam (Kepulauan Riau)

Responsibilities:

* Administer Training Activities, Administer Performance Appraisal System (LOR), Develop and Implement Compensation and Benefit, Conduct any HR projects.

Requirements:

* Bachelor or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or other related Discipline
* Min. 4 years experiences in Manufacturing field
* Posses good working knowledge in MS. Office
* A good team player and customer oriented
* Fluent in English both verbal and writing
