Modern Food Safety Laboratory, using equipments (HPLCMS/MS, GC-MSD, ICP-MS, CHNS analyzer, GF-AAS, AFS, Real Time PCR and others) seeking for professional candidate to fill Analyst position with the following requirements :

HRD Supervisor
Surabaya (Jawa Timur)

Requirements:

* Female, min age26-31 years
* Holds Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Law/Management from a reputable
* university
* Familiar with personnel matters such as labor organization, industrial relation, recruitment,
* selection, training, education etc
* Excellent in consulting, negotiation skills and conflict resolutions
* Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
* Able to work and communicate with multinational representatives
* Ability to work under pressure
* 2-3 years working experience in similar position
* In-depth knowledge of HR policies, procedures, employment laws, and industrial relation also accept for working at Surabaya area
