Having been in the business for 20 years we have moved beyond temporary power business to find advanced, innovative, sustainable energy sources to generate power through merger and acquisitions, partnership and green field development on which Independent/Captive Power Provider units (I/CPP) are built.
Recently we acquired partial share of a coal fired power generator company: Meppogen (PT Metaepsi Pejege Power Generation). Further we established 2 (two) subsidiaries, namely, PT Pradipa Aryasatya and PT Nagata Bisma Shakti paving the pathway for thermal and renewable power provider.

Manager of Human Resources Project
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

* As a strategic business partner and/or internal consultant related to all human resources aspects for all project leaders and/or subsidiaries
* Lead coordination to every stakeholder within projects and/or subsidiaries in gaining the Human Resources aspects
* Lead the plan, development, implementation, and maintenance of a cross values in subsidiaries that aligned with Sewatama’s Values
* Ensure the implementation of integration from Sewatama to projects and/or subsidiaries related to specific action, such as: competency, workforce planning, training, and performance of employees
* Proposes a complement of projects and subsidiaries needs that align with the organizations business objectives and employee needs
* Responsible for end to end process in Human Resources aspects while the projects and/or subsidiaries arerunning
* Develops and delivers management information reports to track the progress of projects and/or subsidiaries development
* Coordinates all HR representative for all subsidiaries under Sewatama.

Requirements:

* Bachelors degree required; Master's degree in HR/Business Analyst preferred
* 5-7 years of experience in the field of Human Resources including organizational design, competency development, HR system, employee/industrial relations, and reward management
* Knowledge of merger & acquisition is preferred
