Training & Development Officer
Jakarta Raya

Responsibilities:

* Identifying training and development needs within an organisation through job analysis and regular consultation with human resources departments
* Organize and developing training and development programmes based on both the organisation's and departement needs
* Producing training materials for in-house courses;
* Managing the delivery of training and development programmes and, in a more senior role, devising a training strategy for the departement
* Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions
* Evaluating training and development programmes;
* Amending and revising programmes as necessary, in order to adapt to the changes that occur in the work environment

Requirements:

* Male/Female, Age 25-30 year
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Human Resource Management, Marketing, Psychology or equivalent.
* At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably have experience specializing in Human Resources or equivalent. Job role in training & development.
* Full-Time positions available.
* Willing to work in Pluit (Jakarta Utara)
