JOB DESCRIPTION
• Identify, develop and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives, market characteristics.
• Evaluating costumer needs, buying behavior, market trends, competition and sales processes and capabilities, to define and implement marketing strategies for the company
• Manager the marketing budget to maximize revenue by allocating spending and focusing strategy on the customers preferred buying
• Coordinate with Advertorial, Distribution and Editorial in the Development and implementation of goals organization.
• Hold Bachelor degree (S1) from reputable university majoring in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 4 years working experience in the same position preferably from Media / Advertising Agency
• Strength in strategic planning and application of marketing tools
• Proficiency in English language (written & spoken)
• Strong written/ verbal communication skills
• Excellent administration, good in intrapersonal & interpersonal skills and working in team
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Energetic, detail oriented and creative

* Min. Diploma Degree in design, visual communication, computer science, human factors or a related field is required
* Demonstrated experience in mobile UI design, familiarity with current usability research and user-centered design processes
* 3-5 years graphic design and user interface or consumer design experience, including user interface prototyping and user need assesment.
* Demonstrated experience with recent mobile platforms, such as Blackberry, Android, iOS or BREW
* Strong leadership, presentation and communication skill
* Experience using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design and Omni Graffle.

* Exceptional understanding on fundamental design principles (typography, layout, grid systems, hierarchy, color, composition).
