IDB BIO RESEARCH DEVELOPMENT, a PMA company having business interest in developing Corn, Cassava, and Sugarcane plantations, where the Group has a land bank in excess in NTT (East Nusa Tenggara). The master plan evolves around building sustainable plantation projects in the region focusing on adopting the industry’s best practices and operational excellence.

We are well known for efficient in management & dynamism in outlook, producing above average yields, and is aggressively pursuing towards development of up to 100,000 Hectares plantation facilities. In line with our expansion plans and commitments for growth, we are now seeking to recruit high caliber and dynamic professionals to fill in the position as :

Senior Plantation Manager
Responsibilities:

* You will have overall responsibilities in managing a agriculture business unit of 30,000 -50,000 hectares of plantations development during immature stage.
* You will provide leadership for effective implementation of operation level business plans and achievement of Key targets within Environmental and Social sustainability standards.
* As a member of the senior management team, you will engage in reviewing and updating policies, procedures and systems, in adopting industry best practices. You will also evaluate and implement special initiatives at operational level in order to enhance overall productivity, cost management and achieve operational excellence.
* To maintain the estate under good order and execute plantation activities, including organize daily distribution of work force and field staff and to coordinate the field operation such us immature plantation development, cultivation and other field activities.

Candidate Profile:

* Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Agriculture/Forestry, Science & Technology, Quantity Survey, Food Technoogy, Plantation Research & Development or equivalent
* Minimum 5 years experience in the industry at managerial level
* Good kmowledge in Environmental management systems & sustainability
* Proven leadership skills, conceptual ability and business acumen
* Obtain efficient and effective use of resources and obtain good yields
* Experience with initial feasibility studies, sourcing, detailing, land purchase is a must
* Able to manage the plantation to the expected highest ethical standards and community/social relations to ensure harmonious operations and productivity
* Willing to train and develop local community to improve their skills and prosperity
* Willing to be placed in NTT & West Java

Operator Traktor Pertanian
Persyaratan:

* Pendidikan minimal SLTA/STM atau setara
* Harus memiliki pengalaman dan keahlian mengoperasikan traktor pertanian dan, pernah bekerja sebagai operator minimal 3 tahun
* Menguasai cara perawatan dan perbaikan ringan traktor pertanian 90 hp dan 120 hp
* Mempunyai kepedulian yang tinggi terhadap keselamatan kerja dengan melaksanakan semua prosedur keselamatan kerja
* Bersedia bekerja dengan sistem Shift (siang & malam) dan juga waktu kerja panjang
* Mempunyai kemampuan untuk membagi pengetahuan kepada calon operator atau teknisi traktor
* Pekerja keras, bisa bekerja sama dalam team, jujur, memahami budaya daerah, dan loyal terhadap perusahaan
* Bersedia ditempatkan di NTT & Jawa Barat

Legal Staff
Requirements:

* Male/Female max. 30 years old
* Min. Bachelor Degree majoring in Law from reputable university, with min. GPA 3.00
* Have experience as Legal Staff min. 2 years
* Have experience in Notary Agency
* Attractive
* Fluency both in written and spoken English would be an advantage
* Understand about Manpower Regulations
* Have experience in making of MOU (Memorandum of Understanding)
* Able to work under pressure

* Developing strategic business planning and monthly/quarterly business development forecasting
* Toput together proposals, managing and expanding on existing portfolio in Indonesia
* Constant updates in Indonesia's business environment and advise appropriate strategies accordingly
* Observing and analyzing the current operational system to continually improve operational efficiency by establishing operational standards, policies, and measures as well as putting in appropriate systems and procedures
* Contributing to the budget setting process as appropriate, monitoring progress, and identifying opportunities to enhance assignment profitability
* Willing to travel to remote area all over Indonesia or as a home base
* Fluency both in written and spoken English would be an advantage

Requirements:

* Female max. 28 years old
* Minimum Associate Degree (D3) with major in Accounting
* At least 1 year of working experience in related fields is required
* Capable in making journal, handling payable and receivable acount, balance sheet, and complete range of financial statements
* Good analytical skills, flexible and open minded
* Accustomed working with accounting computerized applications and MS Office
* Energetic person with strong drive for result
* Fluent in English (both written and oral) would be an advantage
* Highly developed communication and presentation skills
* High ability to be pragmatic and pro-active in asking the right questions and making the right decision
* Honest, self starter, initiative, good personality and have the ability to perform under pressure

Secretary or Business Assistant
Requirements:

* Minimum Associate Degree (D3) major in Secretarial
* Female, bellow 28 years old
* Having at least 2 years experience as Secretary or Assistant for International Business
* Good Interpersonal & Communication skills
* Advance in Engkish (both oral and written) is a must, or well experienced as translator/interpreter for English (Overseas graduates are welcome)
* Good Computer Skills (MS office)
* Possess good energy, flexibility and sence of urgency
