Responsibility: planning, organizing and scheduling activities to support implementation of HR strategies such as Organization Development, Compensation & Benefit and Industrial Relations

* Bachelor degree in Psychology / Law, Master Degree in Human Resources / Psychology / Business will be an advantage
* 8 - 10 years of experience in different Human Resources activities, with 5 years in managerial position

2. Senior Manager, Information Management
Responsibility: planning, organizing and implementing all information system (IS) functions

* Bachelor degree in Information System, MBA degree will be an advantage
* Minimum 8 years experience in the IS area, with at least 5 years in managerial position

3. Manager, Marketing - Catalyst & Process Technology
Responsibility : managing and developing Catalyst business in Indonesia through strong background & relationship in Oil and Gas, Oil Refineries, Petrochemicals, Engineering Company and other related industries

* Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry and other related industries
* Marketing background for Catalyst product is an advantage
* Minimum 6 years experience with at least 2-3 years in managerial position

4. Manager, Project
Responsibility : initiating, coordinating and monitoring major projects

* Bachelor degree in Business Administration / Chemicals Engineering / Finance, MBA is an advantage
* 2-5 years of experience in different industries

5. Assistant Manager, General & Cost Accounting
Responsibility : ensuring that monthly financial reports is produced timely and accurately

* Bachelor degree in Accounting with minimum 3 years audit experience
* Knowledge in using SAP (FI-CO-PA modules)
* Comprehensive understanding in manufacturing environment

6. Technical Sales Representative (4 positions)
Responsibility : achieving sales target and team objective

* Bachelor degree in civil engineering (construction chemicals), Chemical Engineering / Chemistry (Coatings), Agriculture - Agronomy or Pest and Disease (Crop Protection)
* Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, preferable more than 2 years hands on experience in marketing & sales of the relevant industries
* Strong selling skills, enthusiastic, result oriented and team player
* Willing to travel extensively

7. Regulatory Affairs Officer
Responsibility : planning, organizing and implementing products registration

* Bachelor degree in Agriculture - Pest & Disease
* 2 - 3 years of experience in related position

General Requirements:

* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Fully conversant in English
* Familiar with MS Office

* Excellent understanding in the functional / business area, proven track of success in the development and implementation of strategy
