Responsibilities:
- Plan the organizational culture & company transformation
- Execute organizational culture & company transformation according to plan.
- Communicate & facilitate the execution of organizational culture & company transformation with all related party.
- Coordinate all the transformational program activities.
Requirements:
- 1 Full-Time position available.
- Min. Bachelor degree all majors, preferably Psychology, HR Management, Industrial Engineering
- Min. 3 years of experience in in the related field (job role in Organizational Development/Change Management or equivalent).
- Excellent interpersonal skill, problem solving skill, analytical skill, innovation skill, and empathy.
- Understand training & socialization methods.
- Able to operate computer (Ms. Office) & internet.
- 1 Full-Time position available.
