A. ASSISTANT MANAGER PRODUCTION UNIT (AMPU) – SURABAYA & BEKASI

You will be managing one of the production plants in the factory complex with three shifts and seven days a week operation, to meet targeted quality and quantity, on time delivery and at the desired cost.

Requirement :

•Male, max 35 years.
•S1 Degree in Industrial Engineering.
•Hands on in production and process engineering.
•At least 3 years experience in the field of production, preferably in ceramics tile industry.
General Requirement :
You should be analytical, independent and able to take initiative. Posses a hands-on approach and demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skill, ability to work multitask in a team environment. Computer literacy. Proficient in Indonesia and English languages both spoken and written, preferably Mandarin spoken. All position will be based in Surabaya & Bekasi

B. PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

Responsible to coordinate all resources to achieve the production goal in shift including execute decision for related problems
Requirement :

•S1 Degree in Mechanical/ Chemical Engineering
•Minimum 3 years experiences in Manufacturing industry, preferably ceramics tile industry in related position with supervisory function
•Location : Bekasi – Jawa Barat
General Requirement :
